Trifokal Space (“we”, “our” or “us”) is an IT management and consulting company based in Accra, Ghana. We operate the website trifokalspace.com (the “Website”) and are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
We handle personal information in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the product or service you're interested in and your message when you use our contact form, email or call us.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address (and name, if you give it), the date you signed up and confirmed, the page you signed up on and a record of the consent you gave.

- Service and transaction information: business, billing and payment details when you buy our products or consulting services.

Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted. Job applications are kept while we assess them and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a suitable role opens, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

- Secure servers, with access restricted to authorised personnel only.
- Regular monitoring to detect and prevent unauthorised access.
